Open Subscription & Billing in Settings
Go to Dashboard Settings and open the Subscription & Billing tab. This is where Funderly shows your current plan, status, billing period dates, payment provider, and receipt history when available.
Use this area as the first place to confirm what is active before making any plan changes.
Use Change Plan to Upgrade or Switch Tiers
If you want more features, use the Change plan button. That takes you back into pricing and checkout so you can move to a different tier.
This is the clearest route when your needs have changed and you want more analysis depth, stronger exports, or broader planning tools.
What You Can Review From This Screen
The Subscription & Billing area is primarily a visibility screen. It shows the active plan, the payment provider, the current billing period dates, and recent receipt history where applicable.
This makes it the right place to confirm what is live on the account before changing plans or checking on a manual payment review.
- Plan name and current status.
- Payment provider for the active subscription.
- Billing period start and end dates.
- Recent manual-payment receipts when they exist.
The Next Billing Step Depends on the Payment Method
For PayPal subscriptions, recurring billing is handled through PayPal and Funderly reflects that subscription state in the workspace. For manual payment methods, access is tied to the approved billing period and a new payment needs a new receipt-review cycle.
Because those flows are different, it is better to treat Subscription & Billing as your source of truth for status and dates rather than assuming every plan follows the same renewal path inside the app.
Good to Know Before Changing Access
Changing a tier affects feature access, not the ideas you already created. Your workspace remains intact, and newly unlocked features become available on the relevant idea pages after activation.
If you need provider-specific actions beyond what the screen exposes, use the payment provider and billing details shown there to determine the next step instead of expecting a one-size-fits-all in-app control.
